An amazing low-alcohol drink made from the ‘second pressing’ of the apple pomace. Named ciderkin. A drink as old as cider but long forgotten. Till now.

With some good aromatic hops, few pinches turmeric, a smidgeon of lemongrass he revived this drink to the perfect quencher.
